Wintershall Noordzee B.V. signs Master Work Service Agreement with WFR Oilfield Services

Wintershall Noordzee B.V. has recently signed a Master Work Service Agreement with WFR Oilfield Services. This is a multi-year agreement for well testing and well services across its Dutch offshore operations.
